What is a feedback loop?

They are the key to fast learning. There are faster and slower ones. The key it to know when they end and when they continue.

Recognizing good habits comes with a 10 year timeline, as I have said before. However, not everyday you should exercise all your muscle groups.

The feedback loop includes the part necessary to make it sustainable.

If the goal of iteration is to be able to repeat and ultimately master the action, we have to make the action sustainable.

A slower feedback loop is exercise, you need to know when your body is rested when you push your limits. Knowing this feedback, you can then make a plan suited for yourself.

A faster feedback loop is having a coach tell you how to correct your form in every rep.

Fast Feedback Makes Professors Valuable. Because ultimately, informations is what let’s you pivot and improve your process.
